At Taco Bake Recipe, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and for responding to such reports concerning content hosted on our website, tacobakerecipe.com.

We are committed to responding to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. This page details the information that should be present in these notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Taco Bake Recipe website, you may notify our designated copyright agent, as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Taco Bake Recipe to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the infringing material on tacobakerecipe.com).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Taco Bake Recipe to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the content so that they may have the opportunity to file a counter-notification.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content on Taco Bake Recipe was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Taco Bake Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If we do not receive notice from the original claimant that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
